Call Center & Collections Openings

GC Services is hiring for multiple openings for their Account Representatives and Collections positions to work with customers over the phone.

With the Account Representative position you will answering incoming calls from an automated system dealing with Sprint cell phone customers helping them find solutions to their account questions.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
Possess excellent customer service
Computer literate

You have to apply in person, applications are being accepted between 8am -2pm Monday-Friday. They are offering 3 weeks paid training starting at $9.50 - Training starts Monday July 19th - so you have 10 days to apply. Benefits includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance.

For the Collections position you will be dealing with BMW customers with Inbound Soft Collection calls assisting customers with past due accounts. For this position they have immediate openings and you can apply in person now. You will be negotiating arrangements with customer to pay debt in full, or sets up the best possible arrangements. There will be 2 week training program that will teach you the basics followed by on-the-job training that will prepare you to be successful. For this position you must have 6 months experience in collections. The applications process is the same.
