NESCO Resource - Customer Service Representative

I called and asked questions about their Customer Service Representative opening. They are looking for someone to help with answering phones for the sales representatives, filing, maintaining account information and documents, verifying merchant account information on file is correct, assisting merchants and sales representatives in making account updates and changes. Must be technically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay is $10.00-$12.00/hour, shift is M-F, 8am-5pm

Skills/ Requirements
Must have worked in a customer service environment
Must have experience working as an office assistant or receptionist.
Must be technically savvy and proficient with computers.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
