Phone Banker - Wells Fargo - North Phoenix

The Wells Fargo office on 2150 W. Pinnacle Peak Rd in Phoenix just east of the I-17 is hiring for Phone Bankers.

Minimum $20,400.00 a year

A Phone Banker spends nearly 100% of his/her time on the phone answering questions for Wells Fargo customers.  A Phone Banker will be able to handle 100-120 calls per day.

Phone Bankers are expected to sell products and services and achieve aggressive sales goals which are measured daily.  

Must be available to attend a full time 6 week paid training course:
Beginning on Jan 23,2012 training schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm

After training the schedules options are either 4am-12:30pm or 5am-1:30pm & our schedules do include working either Saturday or Sunday. Days off will be split.***Salary starts between $11.86-$12.89/hr, depending on experience

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service and sales experience.
• Basic knowledge of the Windows operating system including the ability to navigate multiple windows and applications and use search tools like Google to find information.
