First Credit Union is currently seeking full time Member Service Representatives for their inbound phone center located at 1232 E. Baseline Rd. 85283 between Rural Rd and McClinktock Rd. Look for Bus route 77 Baseline, if you're taking the bus.

As a Member Service Representative in their Phone Center, you will assist members by giving information about credit union products and services such as loans, opening new accounts, following up with members about the status of their accounts, resolving any issues that members may have, account inquires and other transactions while maintaining our high standards of member service. 

Prior customer service experience and a positive attitude are essential.



They are offering $10-13/hr depending on experience. They are also offering
