Jobing Description

You would be expected to perform electrical, painting, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC jobs involving basic maintenance and repair of buildings. Performs basic grounds maintenance tasks to maintain grounds in clean and orderly manner. Provides security escorts.

Skills / Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of maintenance trades, basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical and carpentry, and a basic mechanical aptitude. 
• Clear a security background check. 
• Possess a valid Arizona Driver's License by date of hire
