The Customer Service Representative position receives and processes incoming calls from customers.
Your job would be to identify and resolve customer service issues such as missed pick ups and billing issues in a timely manner. You must be able to handle high inbound call volume, 80-120 calls per day on average, on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Ability to use a Windows computer and know how to work Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must be able to type 35 words per minute
